No need for a separate sign-up process—your account is created automatically when you subscribe to one of our products for the first time. This means signing up and subscribing happen at the same time!

On our checkout page, fill out the form on the right and select PayPal as your payment method. After completing the process on PayPal, you’ll be prompted to set up a password—this completes your sign-up process.

Yes. If you’d like to cancel your subscription during the free trial, you can do it yourself by following these steps:

1. Sign in and click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings and navigate to the Account Information page.
3. Click the Billing tab at the top.
4. Find the product you’re currently subscribed to, click the three dots next to the product name, and select Cancel in PayPal.

If you subscribed using a PayPal guest account and can’t access the cancellation option, please email us at support@talktomeinkorean.com, and we’ll handle it for you.

The new website operates on a completely separate system from our original website, and your account information does not exist on the new website. So, you'll need to create a new account on our new platform even if you have an existing account on the original website.

If you have an active subscription on talktomeinkorean.com:

• Follow the instructions here to be guided to the checkout page for you on our new website
• Please sign up and subscribe on the new website
• You’ll receive a trial period for the remainder of your current subscription (you won’t be charged during the trial period) and get a discount on your next renewal on the new website

Important: Please remember to cancel your automatic payments on the original website to avoid being charged on both platforms.
